This internal ONLY document is designed to allow for an efficient method of requesting a customized presentation. The form below will require complete information about the customer, presentation purpose, requirements, dates, and to allow for supporting documents to be uploaded.
Standard practice of a presentations development, will have the front and back cover slides customized with the customers logo, and when possible, examples of the customers products.
In addition, once submitted, the form will be sent electronically to Marketing and Sales Management for approval, and the requester will receive a conformation email showing the submitted information.
