Joint Design Review/Assistance

Product Standardization/Consolidation

Century will review your fastener and C-item usage for a single product or across the customer's entire product line. We will then determine where parts may be consolidated. This will allow you to reduce part numbers within your inventory and increase volumes helping to reduce costs.

Product Teardowns

In working with the idea of product standardization, teardowns can be highly effective. Teardowns can save thousands of dollars and provide increased end product reliability. The purpose of a teardown is to physically disassemble a product and review how it is put together. This enables us to provide alternative methods that will reduce cost and increase manufacturability.
